Please contact:
Brandon Garrett, COO: bgarrett@nmqf.org
The NMQF Corporate Roundtable engages corporate partners and NMQF leadership in dialogue regarding clinical and research advances, public policy, innovation, and other issues that impact the future of health equity.
A unique aspect of the National Minority Quality Forum’s overall efforts to improve self-care, prevention, treatment, management, and monitoring has been the use of the Forum database to map health data in the United States. Forum indexes and atlases map disease incidence and prevalence, using zip-code-level data.
NMQF invites you to review this annual report and see just a small snapshot of the work that we do. We look forward to hearing from you and learning how we can work together to build sustainable healthy communities.
