Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that disproportionately affects Black women, who are three times more likely to develop it than white women. Beyond Lupus raises awareness and visibility by sharing patient stories, delivering culturally tailored resources, and providing guidance on early diagnosis and treatment. The campaign also empowers women with tools for self-advocacy and encourages participation in research that reflects those most impacted.
