40 Under 40 Leaders in Health Awards

Every year the National Minority Quality Forum celebrates young emerging professionals in the healthcare industry who are making a difference in their communities. We encourage a wide range of health professionals to apply: physicians, pharmacists, dentists, anesthesiologists,nurses, policy experts, researchers, and others.

All nominations are to be submitted online. Nominations will be accepted until January 20, 2026 at 11:59pmEST.

Honorees will be awarded at the National Minority Quality Forum 2026 Annual Leadership Awards Dinner Gala in Washington, DC with special guest CBC Health Braintrust Chair Congresswoman Robin Kelly.
